Our approach to is centred on core objectives of The Urban Heart Masterplan for realistic long-term redevelopment of Clapham Junction station, adjoining ShopStop complex on St.John’s Hill and Falcon Road, to improve its efficiency/effectiveness for rail users, train companies and for other forms of transport and for the site opportunities within the defined masterplan area focusing on placemaking and neighbourhoods north / south of the station.
Our approach will be aligned to the needs of key stakeholders including Wbc/NR/TFL/DTZI, rail operators/passengers, residents, businesses and others in the community whilst accommodating future needs of Crossrail2 /NLE.
