Our approach to the site will be rooted in our practice philosophy based on 3 core values of ‘People, Planet, Prosperity’ to create Innovative Design with a Clear Social Purpose. Our approach will also be aligned to LLDC’s four Priority themes and associated policy documents including LLDC’s Design Quality Policy, Inclusive Design Standards, Your Sustainability Guide to OEOP Preparing for a 1.5deg future design guide, and Safety of Women and Girls as well as planning policy and design guidance from Newham. Our approach will also be shaped by meaningful local engagement with communities/stakeholders including operators of the stadium. Project goals and outcomes will be agreed with LLDC and with measured KPIs outcomes through project gateways and RIBA work stages.
