London, United Kingdom

Scar-City is a conceptual project which looks at the urban development of Bow, East London and how the area can be considered for development post 2012 London Olympics.
Our approach considers urban obstacles such as highways, railway lines, viaducts and large scale urban detritus that have divided the area and separated communities.
We intend to introduce synthetic infrastructure and big scale intervention funded by business and government and in so doing recalibrate our approach to infrastructure and community building.
