Our office is looking for qualified and experienced Project Architects to lead international projects.

Applicants will be skilled in autonomously organizing and managing projects, and will possess a strong experience in designing and developing projects and running the related team. They will have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in the management of architectural projects and concepts, including the oversight of resources and staff, the coordination of clients and consultants, organisation of all project stages and experience on site. Applicants should be proficient in the use of steering instruments for scheduling and designing and enjoy leading and motivating the team. Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential.

Experience and qualifications:

• minimum three to five years post-qualification experience as a project architect, leading the delivery of complex mixed-used global projects
• professional degree in architecture (RIBA Part 3 or equivalent qualification)
• highly effective in designing and managing architectural projects of similar scale and complexity
• previous experience in developing all the project design stages for a large-scale project.
• highly experience in project team coordination of all the project disciplines involved in a large-scale project.

Skills:

• strong experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams effectively and efficiently
• strong technical skills across all RIBA design stages and significant site experience
• strong BIM experience, leading a technical team within the practice
• excellent drawing, modelling, and visualisation skills; proficiency in Rhino, 3D modelling, BIM environment
• excellent understanding of the project development process of all project stages from Concept to Technical Stages. Clear understanding of all project package content applicable for each project stage.
• excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
