Our vision celebrates the station by creating a dynamic public realm green ring around the site with strategically placed buildings meeting and exceeding NR’s spatial requirements and reinforcing existing and proposed Cardiff City desire lines. Our vision embeds the needs of the Well-being of Future Generations Act and Cardiff’s Green Infrastructure Plan, establishing a hub for economic and commercial development encircling the station embedded with social and cultural activities whilst facilitating the safe movement of people and traffic through and around the station.
